Terms of Service

Effective date: January 12, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of StillHub services.

1. Introduction

StillHub provides digital mindfulness and meditation courses. By accessing or using the site, applications, or services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

Users must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Use of Services

StillHub grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use. Content remains the property of StillHub and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Conduct

Respect other users and the calm environment we foster.
Do not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal material.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All course recordings, text, logos, and design elements are owned by StillHub or its partners. Trademarks and copyrights are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are final 14 days after access begins. Refunds before that window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Pricing may change with notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

7. Limitation of Liability

StillHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided “as is.” Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.
